Overview
Industrial Pulse connects equipment to one operational view. ESP32 nodes publish temperature and vibration readings over MQTT, the platform stores them in PostgreSQL, and operators follow device health, live readings, alerts, history and reports in Arabic or English.
The challenge
Plants need early warning on machine condition, but device signals are scattered and rarely reach a place where people can act on them.
Our approach
An end-to-end pipeline: sensor firmware, MQTT ingestion, durable storage, threshold alerting and a monitoring dashboard. A built-in simulator drives the same ingestion and alert code, so the platform can be demonstrated and tested without plant equipment.
